เมื่อวันพุธที่ 14 มกราคม 2569 ในรูปแบบไฮบริด ทั้งรูปแบบออนไลน์ และการจัดการบรรยาย ณ ห้องพยัคฆ์ไกรสี ชั้น 4 อาคารเรียนและปฏิบัติการรวม คณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล วิทยาเขตศาลายา เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรเข้าร่วมได้อย่างทั่วถึง
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อให้ความรู้และสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับทุนสนับสนุนด้านการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคลากร (Staff Mobility) ทั้งขาเข้าและขาออก โดยได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรจากกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ร่วมบรรยายให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการขอรับทุนต่าง ๆ ของกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกิจกรรมการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคลการ ทั้งขาเข้าและขาออก ขั้นตอนการสมัคร และข้อควรคำนึงในการเข้าร่วมโครงการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคลากร
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีบุคลากรของคณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์ ได้แก่ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สัตวแพทย์หญิงนทิตา ภูมิธนากรณ์ บุคลากรสายวิชาการ และ นางสาววรุจา ก่อกิจกรรมกุล นักวิเทศสัมพันธ์ บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ซึ่งเคยเข้าร่วมโครงการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคลากร ณ ต่างประเทศ และได้รับทุนสนับสนุนด้านการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคลากรสายวิชาการและสายสนับสนุน เพื่อส่งเสริมความเป็นนานาชาติ จากกองวิเทศสัมพันธ์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ได้มาเล่าถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์การสมัครทุนและการเดินทางเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม รวมถึงข้อแนะนำที่เป็นประโยชน์แก่ผู้รับฟังการเสวนา เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและเปิดมุมมองใหม่ในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรในระดับนานาชาติ
กิจกรรมดังกล่าวนับเป็นอีกหนึ่งเวทีสำคัญในการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคลากรในระดับนานาชาติ ช่วยให้บุคลากรของคณะสัตวแพทยศาสตร์และผู้เข้าร่วมรับฟังการเสวนาได้รับความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และแนวทางในการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการเข้าร่วมโครงการทุนสนับสนุนการเคลื่อนย้ายบุคลากรต่าง ๆ อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรและการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางวิชาการในระดับนานาชาติซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในแนวทางที่มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดลให้ความสำคัญ
Faculty of Veterinary Science, Mahidol University Organizes Seminar “Mahidol on the Move: a Guide to Staff Mobility”
The Faculty of Veterinary Science, Mahidol University organized a seminar entitled “Mahidol on the Move: a Guide to Staff Mobility” on 14 January 2026, at Bayaka Kraisi Room, 4th Floor, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Salaya Campus. The event was conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participation both on-site and online.
The seminar aimed to provide information and enhance understanding of staff mobility funding schemes, covering both inbound and outbound mobility opportunities offered by the Global Partnership Division, Mahidol University. The event featured speakers from the Global Partnership Division, who shared insights into available funding programs, application procedures, and key considerations for the scholarship’s applicants.
In addition, the seminar included experience-sharing sessions by academic and supporting staff members of the Faculty of Veterinary Science who have previously participated in staff mobility programs. These sessions provided practical perspectives and valuable advice based on real experiences, offering guidance and inspiration to participants interested in applying for staff mobility funding in the future.
The event served as an important platform for knowledge sharing and discussion on staff mobility at the international level. Participants gained a clearer understanding of available staff mobility funding schemes, application procedures, and practical considerations, which will support their preparation for future mobility opportunities. Staff mobility programs also contributed to strengthening international academic collaboration and enhancing staff capacity development in alignment with the Faculty’s and Mahidol University’s internationalization goals.
